A Car for Christmas - Melissa T.
Dear Past, Current, and Future Customers: I write to share a story about an unexpectedly joyful holiday season experienced by our apartment complex maintenance person J and his family thanks to the compassion, fast action and generosity of Sunset Hills Subaru. J has four children, the youngest just one year old, and the family car, their only car, was stolen and totaled before Thanksgiving. After our residents raised cash for J so that he could provide his family a happy Thanksgiving, I contacted Sunset Hills Subaru to inquire about a car donation program for folks in need. Wow! Was J in luck! In just a few weeks, Sunset Hills Subaru staff identified, repaired, and detailed a beautiful, used Subaru Outback for J. Just days before Christmas, Sunset Hills Subaru staff surprised J with his new vehicle via direct special delivery to our apartment complex. J and his family are so grateful for this very special and much needed gift. Thank you Subaru Sunset Hills for your substantial and impactful efforts in supporting our St. Louis community.
Pet Photos with Santa: A Season of Love, Healing, and Community - Robert S.
At Sunset Hills Subaru, the Subaru Love Promise means stepping up for our community when it needs us most. This commitment was proudly reflected during the holiday season through our Pet Photos with Santa event supporting Carol House Quick Fix Pet Clinic. Just days before the event, Carol House Quick Fix Pet Clinic experienced a devastating accident that resulted in two vehicles being totaled, another vehicle heavily damaged, and significant damage to their building. These losses threatened their ability to continue providing affordable and compassionate veterinary care to pets and families throughout the St. Louis area. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, Sunset Hills Subaru brought the community together for a meaningful holiday event. Families, employees, and guests visited the dealership with their pets to take part in Pet Photos with Santa, all while supporting an organization that plays a vital role in pet health and access to care. Thanks to the generosity of everyone who attended, the event raised $837 dollars to help the clinic begin the recovery process and continue serving pets in need. Every photo taken represented more than a holiday memory. It represented compassion, kindness, and community support. This event was a true reflection of Subaru Loves Pets and the Subaru Love Promise by demonstrating that Subaru is more than a car company. It is a community partner dedicated to making a positive difference. Sunset Hills Subaru is sincerely grateful to everyone who participated, donated, and helped turn holiday joy into meaningful impact for pets and the people who love them.
Answering the Call: Sunset Hills Subaru Supports the Ritenour Co-Care Food Pantry - Robert S.
When our community faces uncertainty, true compassion reveals itself. That’s exactly what happened this November, when the government shutdown and temporary suspension of SNAP benefits sent shockwaves of worry through families across St. Louis. Almost overnight, the Ritenour Co-Care Food Pantry began seeing a dramatic rise in neighbors seeking help—parents unsure how they would feed their children, seniors choosing between groceries and medication, and families who had never needed assistance before suddenly finding themselves at the pantry doors. At Sunset Hills Subaru, we believe that a business doesn’t just "exist" in a community—it serves it. Two of our team members are deeply involved with the pantry as active board members, with one even managing the pantry’s Facebook page to help keep donors and volunteers informed. The pantry isn’t just a community partner to us—it’s part of our family. So when the need escalated, we didn’t hesitate. We answered the call. Sunset Hills Subaru organized volunteers, stepped in to help register new clients, and brought additional hands to support pantry operations during its busiest period in years. Our team worked shoulder-to-shoulder with current volunteers stocking shelves, welcoming families, and providing comfort during what can be an overwhelming moment for someone seeking help. And because we know that emergency support doesn’t stop at labor, Sunset Hills Subaru continues to look for sustainable ways to keep the pantry funded and resourced—like our annual *Sunset Hills Subaru Employee Car Show*. What began as a fun internal event has grown into a meaningful fundraiser that directly benefits the pantry and helps fill its shelves for months to come. None of this would be possible without the support and encouragement of Subaru of America. The Subaru Love Promise isn’t just a slogan. It is a call to action. Through programs like the *Subaru Share the Love® Event, retailers like ours have the opportunity to give back in monumental and lasting ways. Over the years, the Share the Love Event has helped Sunset Hills Subaru donate hundreds of thousands of dollars to the Ritenour Co-Care Food Pantry—ensuring local families have food during their hardest moments. But the real heroes are the Subaru customers who choose us year after year. Your decision to shop with Subaru fuels this impact. Your belief in the Subaru Love Promise makes all of this possible. From our team, from the volunteers, and from the families whose lives are changed: Thank you. Thank you for helping us feed our community. Thank you for supporting compassion in action. Thank you for being the difference. At Sunset Hills Subaru, we don’t just sell cars. We share love. And together, we change lives.
Sunset Hills Subaru’s 2nd Annual Spookabu Trunk or Treat - Robert S.
At Sunset Hills Subaru, community isn’t just something we talk about — it’s something we celebrate. On Saturday October 25th 2025, our dealership transformed into a Halloween wonderland for our 2nd Annual Sunset Hills Spookabu Trunk or Treat, and once again, the St. Louis community showed up and showed out in the most incredible way. Families from all across the area joined us for an afternoon filled with laughter, costumes, candy, and community spirit. From superheroes and princesses to dinosaurs and tiny ghosts, our lot was alive with joy and excitement. The turnout was nothing short of miraculous — a true reflection of what happens when a community comes together to create something special for its families. Our team poured their hearts into every decorated trunk, but it was Mike, Darian, and Nick from our Parts Department who stole the show this year, winning the contest with their Haunted Drag Racing theme — complete with a spooky race trailer and a ghostly race car! Events like Spookabu are what the Subaru Love Promise is all about — creating moments that bring people closer, spark smiles, and remind us that we’re all part of something bigger than ourselves. We’re endlessly grateful to everyone who came out to celebrate with us, to our team who made it happen, and to our community for always showing their love and support. From all of us at Sunset Hills Subaru — thank you for making this Halloween unforgettable
Jayven’s Main Event – A Night of Courage, Community, and Pure Joy - Robert S.
At Sunset Hills Subaru, we believe that love has the power to lift hearts, bring hope, and change lives. On one extraordinary night, that love came alive in the form of cheers, laughter, and pure joy—for one brave little boy named Jayven “Ju Ju” Holmes. Eight-year-old Jayven is a fighter in every sense of the word. Living with sickle cell disease means hospital visits, pain, and days that don’t always feel like those of other kids his age. But on this special evening, the world stopped for Jayven—and the spotlight was his. Unaware of what awaited him, Jayven arrived in a limousine at Sunset Hills Subaru, greeted not by doctors or nurses, but by wrestlers from NWA World League Wrestling, who treated him like one of their own. “Flex for me!” they shouted with smiles as Jayven showed off his best moves. For one night, this courageous young boy wasn’t a patient—he was a superstar. As the music played and the crowd roared “Ju Ju! Ju Ju!” Jayven climbed into the ring. The grin on his face said everything words could not. His parents, Ashley and John, watched with tears in their eyes, knowing how much this moment meant. “He’s not like a regular kid—we have to be careful with him,” his dad shared. “It’s great just to get out and enjoy all this.” The love in that room was undeniable. It radiated from every person there—from the Subaru team who helped bring the wish to life, to the Make-A-Wish Foundation who made Jayven’s dream possible, to the wrestlers who made him feel like the champion he’s always been. “All the hard work, all the effort—it was worth every second just to see him lift that belt up,” said Robert Smith from Sunset Hills Subaru. “That smile… I’ll remember it forever.” And just when Jayven thought the night couldn’t get any better, the biggest surprise of all was revealed: “Ju Ju, you’re going to Disney World!” The room erupted with cheers, and Jayven beamed from ear to ear, shouting that it was “the best fun I ever had.” Moments like this remind us why we do what we do. Through the Subaru Love Promise, we’re proud to stand with partners like Make-A-Wish to bring light and laughter to children facing unimaginable challenges. Because sometimes, love looks like a crowd chanting your name… and a little boy raising his championship belt high, knowing he is truly unstoppable.
Chewbaru Outbark and Beyond: Supporting Pets Through the Love Promise - Robert S.
At Sunset Hills Subaru, we believe every dog deserves love, care, and a forever home. That’s why we were so proud to once again sponsor the 2025 Canine Carnival, a beloved community event hosted by the APA of Missouri. This year’s Carnival brought together thousands of animal lovers and their furry companions for a day filled with joy, wagging tails, and lasting memories. Our Subaru team was on-site to celebrate the bond between pets and people by handing out fun, pet-friendly swag—including the crowd favorite Chewbaru Outbark toys—that kept tails wagging long after the event ended. For us, this sponsorship is more than just showing up—it’s about standing with the APA of Missouri in their mission to protect and care for animals in need. Since beginning our partnership with the APA, Sunset Hills Subaru has proudly helped 1,298 pets find their forever homes—a milestone that fills us with gratitude and purpose. Seeing so many happy families and adopted pets reminds us why Subaru’s Love Promise, especially Subaru Loves Pets, is so close to our hearts. We’re grateful to be part of a community that shares our commitment to making a difference, one paw at a time—and we can’t wait to help even more pets find loving families in the years to come.
Where Love Finds a Home: Subaru Loves Pets at Sunset Hills Subaru - Robert S.
At Sunset Hills Subaru, we believe that love is best shared—and few things show that better than helping a pet find their forever home. This past Saturday, our team proudly hosted a Pet Adoption Event as part of the Subaru Loves Pets initiative. In just two short hours, five of the six pets at our dealership found loving families ready to take them home. But the impact didn’t stop there—thanks to our partnership with the APA of Missouri, an additional thirteen pets were adopted from the shelter that same day. In total, eighteen deserving animals began new lives filled with care and companionship. Adoption fees were waived for the event and at the shelter, ensuring that nothing stood in the way of love. Seeing so many wagging tails, smiling faces, and open hearts reminded us why we do what we do. At Sunset Hills Subaru, we’re more than a car company—we’re a community that believes every pet deserves a home and every home deserves the unconditional love of a pet.
Driving Love Forward: Helping Pets Find Families at the Canine Carnival - Robert S.

A Sweet Start to Learning at Woerner Elementary - Robert S.
The excitement of a new school year filled the halls of Woerner Elementary on August 15th. Families gathered for open house, teachers prepared their classrooms, and students buzzed with curiosity about what the year ahead would bring. But this year, something extra special was waiting. As part of the Subaru Loves Learning initiative, Sunset Hills Subaru partnered with Adopt A Classroom to surprise the teachers with much-needed school supplies. Arms full of markers, notebooks, crayons, and more—our team couldn’t help but smile as we watched the relief and gratitude on the teachers’ faces. One teacher shared, “These supplies mean so much. It helps us focus more on teaching and less on worrying about what we don’t have.” And for the kids? Well, we knew nothing says “back to school celebration” quite like ice cream! That’s why we brought along the Cool Times Ice Cream truck, which quickly became the highlight of the afternoon. Laughter rang out as children lined up, choosing their favorite flavors and showing off sticky smiles. One little student grinned ear to ear and said, “This is the best open house ever!” It was more than an event—it was a reminder of what happens when community comes together. Teachers felt supported, kids felt celebrated, and families left knowing they’re surrounded by love that goes far beyond the classroom. At Sunset Hills Subaru, we’re proud to be more than a car company. We’re a neighbor, a friend, and a partner in helping our students dream big and shine bright.
100 Innings For a Cure Jeff Burton Memorial Softball Game - Robert S.
At Sunset Hills Subaru, we believe in showing up for our community both on and off the road. This year, our team was honored to sponsor and play in the 100 Innings for a Cure Jeff Burton Memorial Softball Game. Our employees stepped up to the plate—literally—and had an incredible time swinging, cheering, and laughing together, all while supporting a cause that makes a lasting difference. The spirit of teamwork and love for our community shined bright throughout the day. We’re grateful to have been part of such a meaningful event, and we can’t wait to carry this tradition forward next year. Because at Subaru, it’s always about more than cars—it’s about caring for people.
Engines, Excellence, and Employee Pride at Sunset Hills Subaru - Robert S.
At Sunset Hills Subaru, the Subaru Love Promise is about more than great vehicles—it’s about building lasting connections with our community. That’s exactly what happened on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at our Employee Car Show in Sunset Hills, Missouri. Employees proudly displayed their vehicles, shared their automotive stories, and welcomed guests with smiles and open hoods. Delicious food, expert-judged competitions, and a strong sense of camaraderie made the event feel like a family reunion for car enthusiasts. And as guests explored our latest Subaru models and learned more about our service offerings, it was clear that Sunset Hills Subaru is more than a dealership—it’s a community hub driven by love, passion, and purpose. A special congratulations goes out to our very own Service Technician Cassie Naeger, who took home First Place with her pristine 1969 Camaro. Service Advisor Cody Sheffer wowed the judges and secured Second Place with his immaculate 2022 Subaru WRX. And rounding out the winners, St. Louis community member Doug Plamquest earned Third Place honors with his gorgeous 1961 Chevy Impala—a true standout that turned heads all day. Through events like this, we honor our Subaru Love Promise to make a positive impact and keep the engine of connection running strong.
Sunset Hills Subaru Hosts Bike Clinic for a Cause - Robert S.
At Sunset Hills Subaru, we believe in doing more than just selling cars—we believe in caring for our community. That’s why we proudly hosted a special Bike Clinic benefitting Pedal the Cause, an organization whose mission is to create a world without cancer. As part of our Subaru Love Promise commitment to health and wellness, our very own Service Technician Mike Bobelak and Service Advisor Donovan Mehl rolled up their sleeves—not under the hood, but beside the handlebars. They volunteered their time and expertise to provide complimentary bike tune-ups for riders preparing for the Pedal the Cause race, scheduled for September 20–21. The event came at the perfect time—just one week before the PTC & 4 Hands City Wide Ride on August 2nd, held in celebration of World Without Cancer Day. Riders left Sunset Hills Subaru with peace of mind, knowing their bikes were in great shape and ready for the miles ahead, all in support of groundbreaking cancer research. For us, this wasn’t just about gears and brakes—it was about giving back, offering support, and showing love for a cause that touches so many lives. We’re grateful to everyone who stopped by and honored to support such an incredible mission. At Sunset Hills Subaru, love is more than a word. It’s what drives us.
Keys to Confidence: Empowering Women In Their Car Purchas Journey - Tory T.
My name is Tory, and the Keys to Confidence seminar at Sunset Hills Subaru was exactly what I didn’t know I needed. I’ve always felt unsure walking into dealerships, like I had to just go along with things I didn’t fully understand. This event changed that. Everyone was down-to-earth, honest, and really took the time to make sure we understood the car buying process—from start to finish. I left feeling like I could actually make decisions on my own terms, with confidence. No stress, no second-guessing. If you’re even thinking about buying a car—or just want to feel more in control the next time you do—make time for this seminar when it comes back around. You won’t regret it.
Subaru Loves to Care x LLS - David W.
Our Sunset Hills Subaru and LLS team had the privilege of touring the beautiful new St. Louis Ronald McDonald House. It was an inspiring experience to see firsthand the incredible space that will serve as a home away from home for so many families. We’re honored to contribute to this mission through the Subaru Loves to Care program. The blankets and care kits we delivered will offer warmth, comfort, and a reminder that these families are not alone during some of their most challenging times. Thank you to the Ronald McDonald House team for the tour and for the vital work you do every day.
Sunset Hills Subaru Supports Gateway180 - Eli T.
Imagine having to go without a coat, shoes, or even socks. For millions of children and adults experiencing homelessness and other urgent need situations across the country, even here in Sunset Hills, this can be a harsh reality. Helping others is the key to a strong community which is why Sunset Hills Subaru believes in helping to support individuals and families in urgent need. This season, for our Subaru Loves to Help® initiative, we are partnering with Operation Warm®, a national nonprofit focused on connecting children with the resources they need to thrive. Through this partnership and other historical Subaru Loves to Help efforts, Subaru and retailers like us will have helped nearly 900,000 children and adults in urgent need so far. On 1/13/25, Sunset Hills Subaru partnered with Gateway 180 and donated 300 shoes/socks to children in urgent need. These essential items not only help keep children protected, warm, and dry, it can have a significant impact on a child’s mental and emotional well-being.
Sharing Comfort, One Meal at a Time – Sunset Hills Subaru at the Ronald McDonald House - Robert S.
At Sunset Hills Subaru, we believe love is more than a word—it’s action. As part of the Subaru Loves to Care initiative, our team recently partnered with the Ronald McDonald House for their Meals From the Heart program, a mission that speaks directly to our core values of compassion, support, and community. Our employees came together to prepare and serve a warm, comforting Chinese food dinner for the families currently staying at the Ronald McDonald House. These families are facing some of life’s most difficult challenges, with children receiving treatment at nearby hospitals. We were humbled to have the opportunity to offer a small gesture of care during such an emotional time. Beyond the dinner service, our team also rolled up their sleeves to meal prep for the week ahead—making it easier for families to grab something nourishing while rushing between appointments or returning from the hospital. It was our way of saying: You’re not alone. We see you, and we care. Moments like these are the heart of the Subaru Love Promise. At Sunset Hills Subaru, we are proud to support organizations that bring comfort and hope where it’s needed most. Together, we’re not just building cars—we’re building a better, more caring community.
Fueling Hope: Sunset Hills Subaru Shares the Love with Ritenour Co-Care Food Pantry - Robert S.
At Sunset Hills Subaru, giving back to our community is more than a promise—it’s who we are. As part of the Subaru Share the Love Event, we were honored to present the Ritenour Co-Care Food Pantry with a $110,000 check to help continue their mission of feeding families and providing hope to those who need it most. This incredible donation would not have been possible without the unwavering support and dedication of our Sunset Hills Subaru team. From sales to service, every department came together with a shared purpose: to make a difference. Their commitment to our Love Promise values was the driving force behind this meaningful contribution. To recognize the heart and soul of the Ritenour Co-Care Food Pantry—the volunteers—we hosted a special luncheon at our store to celebrate their selfless work and the lives they touch each day. Their compassion and tireless efforts are the reason this pantry remains a pillar of strength in our community. This moment was more than a check presentation. It was a celebration of community, teamwork, and love. At Sunset Hills Subaru, we believe that together, we can do so much more—and this day was a powerful reminder of what love can truly accomplish.
From Forgotten to Forever: Sunset Hills Subaru's Pet Adoption Day - Robert S.
At Sunset Hills Subaru, love is more than just a word—it’s a commitment to our community, to our furry friends, and to doing the right thing, simply because it’s the right thing to do. That spirit came to life during a recent pet adoption event held in partnership with Judy’s Forgotten Jewels, a small but mighty local animal rescue and vet clinic dedicated to giving overlooked animals a second chance. On a beautiful afternoon filled with wagging tails and hopeful hearts, families gathered at our dealership to meet their future companions. Among them were two very special souls—Plum, a wide-eyed kitten with a soft purr and an even softer heart, and Guinness, an energetic puppy whose tail never stopped wagging. These two quickly captured the attention—and the hearts—of loving families who knew the moment they met them that they were meant to be together. Plum and Guinness both found their forever homes that day, and while their stories are just beginning, they’ve already made our event a huge success. We are beyond grateful to Judy’s Forgotten Jewels for their tireless work and passion. Together, we proved once again that Subaru is more than a car company—it’s a company that loves pets. This is what the Subaru Love Promise is all about: bringing people and pets together, and making the world a better place, one adoption at a time.
Rooted in Love, Growing Together - Robert S.
To celebrate Arbor Day on April 25th–26th, Sunset Hills Subaru proudly honored the spirit of giving back to the earth and our community by gifting 200 trees to our customers and neighbors across the St. Louis area. From the graceful beauty of Alexandria Magnolias to the resilience of Bald Cypress, the brilliant colors of Red Maples, and the timeless strength of White Oaks—each tree was a symbol of hope, renewal, and our deep commitment to creating a greener tomorrow. But it wasn’t just about the trees—it was about coming together. During both days of this special celebration, our Sunset Hills Subaru team fired up the grill and served fresh BBQ hamburgers and hot dogs to everyone who stopped by. Families, longtime customers, and first-time visitors all gathered on our lot to share stories, smiles, and a true sense of community. Through Subaru’s Love Promise and our commitment to the environment, this Arbor Day celebration wasn’t just about planting trees—it was about planting roots. Roots that connect us to one another, to the land we call home, and to the promise of a brighter, greener future for generations to come. Because at Sunset Hills Subaru, love means giving back. And sometimes, love looks a lot like a tree.
Walking for Wishes, Walking with Heart - Robert S.
At Sunset Hills Subaru, we believe that hope is one of the most powerful forces in the world—especially in the hearts of children facing critical illnesses. That’s why we were honored to sponsor the Walk For Wishes event, benefiting Make-A-Wish Missouri & Kansas. The energy on walk day was nothing short of magical. Families, wish kids, volunteers, and supporters came together with one goal: to turn dreams into reality. As part of Subaru’s Love Promise and our commitment to Subaru Loves to Care, we were proud to walk side by side with the community, cheering on wish kids who inspire us with their courage, resilience, and joy. Sunset Hills Subaru team members showed up in full force—not just as sponsors, but as passionate participants. We handed out Subaru swag, and most importantly, we listened to the powerful stories of children whose wishes had already come true—like meeting a favorite celebrity, visiting a dream destination, or simply being a firefighter for a day. Each wish granted represents a turning point in a child's medical journey, and being part of that healing magic is something we will never take for granted. Walking together, we were reminded that every step we take can help bring hope, strength, and smiles to families who need it most. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to Make-A-Wish Missouri & Kansas for letting us be a part of something so meaningful. At Sunset Hills Subaru, we’re more than a car company—we’re a company that cares. Because love isn’t just in our name—it’s in everything we do.
Sunset Hills Subaru: Celebrating Community, Pets, and Mardi Gras Magic! - Robert S.
At Sunset Hills Subaru, we believe in bringing people together, celebrating traditions, and making a difference in our community. That’s why we were honored to sponsor not just one, but two incredible events at the 2025 St. Louis Mardi Gras—the Pet Parade and the Grand Parade! The Mardi Gras Pet Parade is one of our favorite traditions, where pets of all shapes and sizes don their best costumes and strut their stuff through Soulard. Seeing so many furry friends and their families come together reminded us why Subaru Loves Pets—because they bring so much love and joy into our lives! Then came the Grand Parade, where we rolled out our very own float, Hot Diggity Dog! With our amazing employees, friends, and family onboard, we celebrated alongside the St. Louis community, tossing beads, waving to the crowd, and sharing the spirit of Mardi Gras. Being part of Soulard Mardi Gras is about more than just parades—it’s about embracing the culture, history, and energy that make St. Louis special. Sponsoring this event allows us to give back to the city we love and connect with the people who make it so vibrant. To everyone who joined us—whether you were walking with your pet, dancing in the streets, or cheering along the route—thank you for making this Mardi Gras unforgettable! We are proud to be part of this incredible tradition and can’t wait to do it all again next year.
A Subaru Love Promise Moment: Finding Forever Homes - Robert S.
At Sunset Hills Subaru, we believe that love is more than just a word—it’s an action. That’s why we were honored to partner with CARE STL for a special pet adoption event on February 1st. Our showroom was filled with wagging tails, hopeful hearts, and the joy of connecting rescue dogs with their future families. During the event, two amazing dogs found their forever homes, starting new chapters filled with love and adventure. To further support CARE STL’s mission of rescuing and rehabilitating animals in need, Sunset Hills Subaru proudly donated $500 to help provide food, medical care, and shelter for more pets still waiting for their second chance. This is what the Subaru Love Promise is all about—coming together to make a difference, one paw at a time. Thank you to CARE STL and everyone who joined us in making this event a success. Because when we love pets, they love us back.
Racing Toward a Brighter Future with Pack 319 - Robert S.
At Sunset Hills Subaru, we believe that supporting our community means investing in the next generation of leaders. That’s why we were honored to help make Pack 319’s Pinewood Derby an unforgettable event! Thanks to our support, the Scouts enjoyed an exciting day filled with racing, trophies, decorations, and special prizes—turning a simple competition into a cherished memory. The event was buzzing with excitement, and we were thrilled to hear that our generosity was recognized throughout the day, even by proud Subaru owners in the crowd! A special congratulations to Wolf Den Leader Brandon Dempsey’s daughter, who raced to an impressive second-place finish with her standout pink-wheeled car! ???? Moments like these remind us why Subaru is more than a car company—we’re a part of a community that grows, supports, and celebrates together. Thank you, Pack 319, for letting us be part of your journey. We can’t wait to see where your future races take you! ?????? #SubaruLovePromise #Pack319 #SunsetHillsSubaru #PinewoodDerby
"Super" STL Retailers Make a Wish Come True - Brian W.
Occasionally there are opportunities for local competitors to team up for a great cause. One such event occurred in late December when Make-A-Wish Missouri & Kansas needed multiple community partners to carry out a very special scavenger hunt. Who answered the call? Saint Louis, Missouri Subaru retailers Lou Fusz Subaru St. Louis, Dean Team Subaru, and Sunset Hills Subaru. Together, they combined forces to create a magical Super Mario-themed adventure for a very special child. That child was none other than Aleks, an 8-year-old who dreamed of visiting Disneyland and Super Nintendo World. Aleks’ journey began with a thrilling scavenger hunt across St. Louis as she channeled her inner Mario. Guided by clues, Aleks’ first stop was at Lou Fusz Subaru St. Louis, where the team greeted her like a conquering hero. She received her first “power up” and after a few clues, was off to Dean Team Subaru. Yet again, Aleks was cheered on as the victor that she is as she received her second “power up”. These two stops helped prepare her for her ultimate challenge: defeating the villainous Bowser, who was holding Princess Peach captive at Sunset Hills Subaru. In a grand finale fit for a true champion, Aleks arrived at Sunset Hills Subaru to confront Bowser in an epic showdown. Once she triumphed, Princess Peach herself appeared to present Aleks with the ultimate prize—an all-expenses-paid trip to Super Nintendo World and Disneyland, where her dreams will come true! This incredible day highlighted the Subaru Love Promise, as the dealerships worked together to fill Aleks’s journey with joy, creativity, and unforgettable moments. The backbone of being a Subaru retailer is supporting your community and giving back. No one was more deserving than the brave Aleks!
Stepping Up for Our Community: Sunset Hills Subaru Shares Warmth and Hope - Robin L.
At Sunset Hills Subaru, giving back is at the heart of what we do. As part of the Subaru Loves to Help and the Subaru Love Promise initiative, we partnered with Subaru of America and Operation Warm to provide new shoes and socks to children living at Gateway 180, a women’s shelter in St. Louis, MO. Our dedicated employees—Wendy, Ashley, Jennifer, and Robert—were honored to be on-site, sharing smiles and support with some of the most vulnerable members of our community. Together, we’re striving to make a difference, one step at a time, because at Subaru, we believe love means more than just words—it’s action. ???? #SubaruLovesToHelp #MoreThanACarCompany
